When you’re super stressed out, a little under the weather, or just need something to pick yourself up:

  • make a “feel-good” playlist with your favorite songs at the moment
  • listen to it and dance around a little
  • declutter your desk (or whatever has clutter in your life)
  • read something, anything out of the bible. I promise it’ll be worth it
  • pamper yourself a little
  • put on a face mask or do your nails
  • Use some Essential Oils, I suggest lavender or a stress relief blend
  • buy a new book
  • take a nap
  • stretch
  • talk to God
  • have a cup of coffee from your favorite place
  • or brew something at home if you don’t feel like getting out
  • do something you’ve been putting off… like cleaning out your closet
  • draw or color in a coloring book
  • read Isaiah 43
  • write in a journal
  • go to bed earlier
  • take a walk
  • eat lots of fruit and vegetables
  • drink lots of water
  • be creative
  • do some yoga
  • read Matthew 6:25-34
  • drink some real orange juice (without all the extra sugars)
  • Netflix & blankets & popcorn & actually chill
  • but something cute from the dollar section in Target
  • drink more water
  • stop overthinking everything
  • turn off your phone for an hour (or longer). You deserve an hour to not be bombarded by the going on in the world.
  • if you think you’ve had enough water, drink some more
